Operations are controlled by ISO9001:2000 certification which is used as a minimum standard for our Quality Management System. Our workmanship standards are inline with IPC-A-610D.
Electro-static protection is a procedure which must be followed strictly by all employees throughout the factory. Each employee has an ESD wrist band, heel grounder and anti-static overcoat. Anti-static bags are used when transporting and handling boards at all stages of production.
Any quality issues are fed through our corrective action system eliminating any repeat faults and aids the communication trail back to the customer. |

Mode Contracts encourage in-house training to be continuous. This promotes ownership and responsibility for all tasks completed in the factory. This in turn promotes our quality standards to be adopted at all stages of the production process, not just the quality specialists.
